Hub Help for Administrators, Supervisors and Managers

Kudos on being the team admin/leader for your team. On logging in, you will be directed to the admin view dashboard. To jump into the learner view and complete your training, click the little drop down arrow on the top-right hand corner of the screen, next to the circle with your initials. Click “Switch to learner view”. You will be redirected to your learner dashboard where your assigned courses will be displayed.

On your team profile page, click the button - “Assign people to this team” and search for the name you wish to add. Not able to look for someone in the list? Email the Learning and Development team - training@cpl.org.au with the person and team name to add.

If you are sure that a particular person has been wrongly assigned to your team, please delete their name from your team list by clicking the X mark against their name.

No, the user is only deleted from your team. Their assignment to other teams and courses as well as course completion record remains unchanged. Their account is never deleted from the Learning Hub to maintain their training record for future.

On completion of employment, it is the manager’s responsibility to complete requisite paperwork with Payroll to deactivate their employment status on Aurion. Once deactivated on Aurion, they will be automatically deactivated on Learning Hub and will not be able to access their training. However, their record will still be maintained on the platform for future reference.
