Implementing your NDIS plan
You have the freedom to choose who assists you in implementing your NDIS plan. This could be a service provider, a Local Area Coordinator (LAC), a plan support coordinator, or even a family member or friend.
You also have complete control over which providers deliver your supports and services. The person you select will help arrange meetings with the service providers you’re interested in, allowing you the flexibility to choose different providers for different parts of your plan if desired.
Getting in touch with service providers
When contacting service providers, you will discuss the type of support you need, your goals, and any specific outcomes you aim to achieve. This is also an opportunity to learn how the provider can support your needs.
Following these discussions, the service provider will provide a quote. If you are satisfied with their proposal, you will sign a Service Agreement form, and your chosen services will then commence.
