Funding Information
NDIS Funding
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provides support for Australians with disability, their families, and carers, allowing you to make decisions about your supports and your service providers.
You can use your NDIS funding to pay for CPL services. To check your eligibility for NDIS funding, visit the NDIS section of our website or explore the following links:

NDIS Pricing
We strive to offer high-quality services at the best price. CPL is a Registered Provider, and we align all our services with the price limits and conditions set by the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits.
Pricing updates
From July 2024, price limits for all NDIS supports delivered by disability support workers will increase, in line with the Fair Work Commission's decision to increase award wages. The NDIA has adjusted the plans of NDIS participants accordingly, with funding indexed to reflect these pricing changes. Updated versions of the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits and the NDIS Support Catalogue are available, outlining the latest pricing arrangements:
Short Notice Cancellations
This policy applies to all CPL services, detailing that a provider can claim 100% of the agreed fee from a participant’s plan for short notice cancellations or no-shows, subject to the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits and the terms of the service agreement with the participant. A cancellation is considered short notice if:
- The participant does not show up within a reasonable time at the agreed place for a scheduled support.
- The participant gives less than seven clear days’ notice for a support.
Temporary Transformation Payment (TTP)
The TTP has ceased as of 1 July 2024.
